We want you to be satisfied with any products you purchase from Mystic Lotions. Should you find you are not satisfied with your product you can return it for a refund or replacement within 7 days of receipt. The purchase price and taxes are refunded, however, shipping costs are not refunded. You will be notified by email when your product was received and your Paypal account will be credited upon receipt of merchandise. If you do not have an email you will be notified by phone.
